We are excited to announce we are now using Reso, a new online reservation management system that recently entered the Columbus market, to take reservations at The Top Steakhouse.
Longtime customers shouldn’t notice much of a difference in reserving tables, as Reso has the same functionality as our previous system, OpenTable. We love the ease of use and sophistication of this system. Diners will continue to be able to enter their party size and preferred date and time and can select their desired seating time.
You’ll find a link to our online reservations page on our website homepage as always. Reservations can also be made via Reso at www.usereso.com or through Reso’s iPhone and Android apps. And, of course, diners can call us at 614-231-8238 to reserve a table as well.
The Top Steakhouse joins a growing wave of Columbus restaurants making the switch to Reso, a more robust application that will help us decrease wait times and create an easier and better guest experience.
Reso has been providing a cloud-based restaurant management tool for years in Canada, where thousands of restaurant owners utilize their software to manage bookings and seatings. Reso entered the U.S. last year in Cleveland, and Columbus is its second U.S. market.
