Third course ~ Dessert Platter
The hog’s head must be ordered 48 hours in advance, and is intended to serve four people.

Option #2
First course ~ Shrimp Cocktail Platter
Second course ~ Roasted Standing Rib Roast served with au jus, creamed spinach and whipped potatoes.
Third course ~ Dessert Platter
This requires reservation the day before and can be for 2-10 people.
