About Our Staff Wine School

Every month, we host a wine school for our staff.  During the “school,” they learn and sample wines from different regions of the world.  The wines they taste become our “Featured” wines of the month.  We do this to educate our staff of the wines available at the Top and to allow them to develop and understand wine tastes and descriptions.
